Our Story

Putting together half a century of experiences between us, we believed there are different ways to better serve our Clients.

We started to work on energy projects since 2008 and have been through a transition of the market, both financially and in the focus of energy sources. Whilst the technology has become more diverse and the market more competitive, our team has been diversifying and managing different roles as the projects required such that we can keep ourselves compact and efficient. This is also where our name has come from where we believe our players should not have a fixed position. Their roles are fluid, with individuals encouraged to frequently interchange to produce the best solutions. This requires high levels of intelligence, creativity, technical ability and communication, with players constantly required to adopt new positions depending on project needs.

Despite that, we also believe projects should be delivered with a wide network of professionals which is never available in one place.
